Government Issued Identification Required for Access

All attendees must present a government-issued ID to the Nestlé Security team upon arrival. This is required to verify that you are on the approved list to attend the Summit.

Hotel Recommendations for out of town guests

If you’re traveling from out of town, while we do not have a room block in place, we’re happy to recommend a few nearby hotels for your stay. Please note, due to other events happening in the DC area, rates may be on the higher side.

Le Meridien Rosslyn (4-star) – Located less than a block from the event venue, this hotel offers a convenient and upscale option.

Other recommended options include:

  • Clarion Collection Arlington Court Suites Hotel (2.5-star) – 1.1 miles away
  • Sonder Georgetown C&O (3-star) – 1.3 miles away
  • Crowne Plaza Crystal City (3.5-star) – 3.4 miles away *Conveniently located near the metro, which provides a direct route to Rosslyn without needing a car.

Parking & Metro

There are several parking garages in the area, with the most convenient being the Colonial Parking Garage at 1700 N. Moore Street. Rates are $8 for the first hour or $16 for all-day parking.

For those using public transportation, the Rosslyn Metro Station is the most convenient option. It is located directly next to the Nestlé Headquarters. Upon exiting the station, simply turn left—the building entrance is on the same block.

Weapons Policy

If you are a law enforcement officer with badge/ID and intend to carry a weapon, you must either be in uniform or, if in civilian attire, ensure the weapon is properly concealed under a jacket while inside the building.

  • 8:30 am – Welcome & Opening Remarks
    8:50 am-11:30 am – Brief Presentations by leaders in First Responder & Veteran Wellness
  • 11:30am-12:30 pm – Lunch. Enjoy lunch provided, visit exhibitors and network.
  • 12:30-2:30pm – Afternoon presentations by leaders in First Responder & Veteran Wellness.
  • 2:30-3:00pm – Closing remarks, next steps and final networking.
